Lavalley Homes Inc. was founded with a clear purpose: to build homes the right way—on time, to Ontario Building Code, and with complete transparency at every stage.

The company is led by Jordan Lavalley, a licensed Ontario builder whose background blends hands-on construction experience with years working inside regulated municipal environments. That combination shaped a business grounded in accountability, safety, and respect for the process—values that continue to guide every project Lavalley Homes takes on.

To deliver consistent quality, Lavalley Homes works through two key partnerships. For modular construction, we partner with PROFAB, representing its Peterborough and surrounding area division and continuing the legacy of factory-built homes previously known under Guildcrest Homes in Ontario. Prefabricated homes are precision-built in a controlled environment, then professionally delivered, set, and finished on site to meet Ontario Building Code and CSA standards.

For fully custom, site-built homes, Lavalley Homes partners with Crawford Homes Ltd., allowing clients to pursue traditional construction with the same focus on quality, scheduling, and compliance. This dual approach gives homeowners flexibility—without compromising standards.

Together, these partnerships ensure projects move forward efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with Ontario regulations.  With all required warranties, certifications, insurance coverage, and Tarion protection in place, Lavalley Homes provides clients with confidence long after the keys are handed over.
